Privacy Policy
Effective [Month Day, Year]
Avoya Ventures, LLC (“we”, “us”) makes apps for Apple platforms. This policy explains what information our apps and this website collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and to help with your request.
Information in our apps
[Describe what each app stores and where. For example: “The data you create in [App name] is stored on your device and, if you turn on iCloud, in your private iCloud account. We cannot see it.”]
Analytics and diagnostics
[If your apps use analytics or crash reporting, name the provider and what it collects. If not, say: “Our apps do not include third-party analytics, advertising or tracking.”] If you choose to share diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with anonymous crash reports.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when the law requires us to, or with service providers who help us run our business and who must protect it.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep emails only as long as needed to help you. You can ask us at any time to see or delete information we hold about you, and we will respond within 30 days.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. Email us to make a request.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
